About Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital?
Anwer Khan Modern Medical College (AKMMC) is one of Bangladesh's most prestigious medical schools. The school was established in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, in 2008. Dhaka University recognizes Anwer Khan Modern Medical School as a constituent college. The University has chosen English as the medium of instruction for all international students, particularly Indian students. Every medical graduate who has chosen to study MBBS in Bangladesh must complete a one-year internship after completing the medical program. Anwer Khan Modern Medical College's degree is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council and the Medical Council of India. Medical graduates of AKMMC are eligible to practice in any country in the world after passing the FMGE of that country. The College is governed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The college has a 750-bed affiliated hospital that is run and managed by a non-profit and non-political organization called the Bangladesh Medical Studies and Research Institute (BMSRI). The college has been known for its high-quality medical education and academic environment since its inception. Medical students at AKMMC have the opportunity to practice the most recent medical technology.

Anwer Khan Modern Medical College offers a 5-year MBBS program that is BMDC-approved and affiliated with the University of Dhaka. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, has also granted it permission to operate. Since 2008, the College has been affiliated with the University of Dhaka.
